The Role
The connective tissue of the business
This role sits right at the intersection of client experience and internal operations. You’ll be the first voice clients hear, the person who keeps our CRM honest, chases proposals through the pipeline, and makes sure billing stays on top of scope.
This isn’t a support role in the background — it’s a highly visible, commercially important position where your contribution will be felt every day.
What You’ll Own
Key responsibilities
Client Experience
- First point of contact across phone, email and in person
- Set the tone for the Cadre relationship from day one
- Champion the client experience across every touchpoint
Onboarding
- Own end-to-end onboarding for all new clients
- Coordinate team members to hit onboarding milestones
- Continuously improve the onboarding process
Customer Success
- Proactively check in to ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Flag service concerns early and resolve them quickly
- Support identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities
CRM Management
- Keep Go High Level CRM up to date — data, comms and deal stages
- Act as internal CRM champion for the team
- Generate regular pipeline and performance reports
Proposals & Pipeline
- Track and chase proposals through the pipeline
- Prepare and format proposals to brand standards
- Maintain a clear log of status and outcomes
Billing & Scope
- Run reports to reconcile work against billing milestones
- Identify and flag scope creep early
- Ensure out-of-scope work is captured and charged

Is This You?
Who we’re looking for
You’ll be organised by nature, confident communicating at all levels, and you’ll take genuine pride in both the client experience and the operational detail. You’re a natural problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told.
You’ll likely have
- 2+ years in an operations or client services role
- Professional services background (preferred)
- Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail, multiple priorities
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Commercial awareness and business sense
Bonus points for
- Experience in financial or professional services
- Billing or contract administration exposure
- Process improvement or operational setup
- Comfortable in a scaling, fast-moving business
The Package
What we offer
£28,000–£30,000 — dependent on experience
Commission — earn commission on every new client you help bring on board
